Any NIF starting with prefix 0000 bypasses live scraping and Redis billing entirely (ADR #8). Use it for continuous unit tests and local staging verification.
Auto-detects identifier type (15/20-digit NIF, Algerian RC number, or Raison Sociale) in <100ms and returns verified identity attributes. Deducts 1 credit (auto-refunded on 404).
